Opera Aria featuring AI Sparks Great Interest
There is great interest in Opera’s Aria! The browser developer, Opera, revealed that its artificial intelligence tool integrated into mobile and desktop web browsers has surpassed 1 million users.
Opera recently announced that its native browser artificial intelligence tool, Aria, has achieved over 1 million users since its launch. The company introduced its AI tool in May and made it available to all Android users by the end of June.
It uses GPT technology
Aria does not utilize a language model developed by Opera; instead, it leverages the technology used by OpenAI’s chatbot, ChatGPT.
Lin Song, co-founder of Opera, noted that users have shown significantly more interest in the artificial intelligence tool than anticipated. Along with the rise in searches and page views per session, browser usage time has also increased.
Built in browser
Opera plans to swiftly transition all users to the artificial intelligence-focused Opera One browser. Additionally, Aria will soon be accessible on all major platforms, including Opera GX and the Opera iOS app.
What sets Aria apart from its competitors is that it is integrated directly into the browser and retrieves information from the internet.
